Aligned Energy was formed by experienced international energy and project management personnel to provide competitive renewable energy solutions in carefully targeted regions and with appropriately matched technology and methods of biomass production.
Aligned Energy concentrates on the selected application of proprietary and controlled species for the large scale production of biomass for biomass densification (wood pellets) and to support integrated IPP projects where base load power can be economically provided.
We have agreements in place and maintain relationships with a number of organisations in order to provide sustainable biomass energy solutions. These include:
- Exclusive first option access in the Asia-Pacific region to various selected proprietary high growth and high-yield biomass species
- Agreements with partner facilities to produce large volumes of the necessary tissue cultures and seedlings that are required for large scale biomass
- Ongoing contractual and alliance type agreements with major power station and IPP engineering contractors and forestry/plantation management experts
- Agronomy and water management expertise from Arris Pty Ltd, including access to CSIRO and other research expertise for biomass
